Returns & Exchanges

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Earrings cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, refunds are sent to the same UPI ID used for payment within 3–5 business days.

Items damaged in transit are replaced free of charge — just share photos within 48 hours of delivery.
