How do I pay for my order?
At checkout you'll see a UPI QR code with the exact amount filled in. Scan it with any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), pay, then upload a screenshot of the successful payment. We verify it manually and confirm your order.
How long does payment verification take?
Usually within a few hours during business hours. You can check your order status any time on the Track Order page.
Is imitation jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
Our pieces use a gold/rose-gold or oxidized-silver plating over brass, chosen for being hypoallergenic for most wearers. If you have known metal sensitivities, we recommend limiting continuous wear time.
What's your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy page for details.
Do you ship across India?
